Against bigger targets, which the ammo is obviously meant to be used against, the sliced down tracking is not a problem. It is basically like going close combat with 125mm rails: it still hits cruisers and above.

A neutron fitted Incursus with decent skills will kill cruisers and battlecruisers that does not have NOS or webs to break free with. Don't bother with armor reps on an incursus, just fit for damage and speed.
